"Why am I yelling at you with 15 minutes left in the school year?" Not my finest moment.
Today was the last day of school. It is so wonderful to have the entire summer ahead of me. I still don't know what the future holds, but right now lots of time with the kids and time in the pool. It was a good day overall. We gathered around the office after the students were dismissed and shared some hugs and a few tears. And that was it. I think it will sink in much later. It was such a fun place to work, and this year was the best out of the seven I spent there.
My mom traveled with some friends from church to New York for the memorial for Baby Jacob. She texted me that they arrived safely. The service is tonight and they will be able to spend some time with the family tomorrow.
That's about it. Have a great night!!

We are praying for the Falmers, and I just don't know what else to say about it, ya know?
I am sure that you have mixed feelings about the end of the school year this year. Embrace the time that you have this summer and enjoy it.
That quote... it totally made me laugh. I am sure there is a lot going through your mind right with the school closing, but enjoy your summer and your kids AND RELAX! You deserve it.
I'm so sad about baby Jacob. What a sweet, sweet spirit.
