MK's back!

We met my in-laws in Mississippi for lunch and to get MK. She had a fun trip, but we're very glad to have her back. We're now looking toward the weekend and our trip to Delaware. The Big Man won't be with us, but he'll have a lot to keep him busy. They recently lost a manager at work, so he is pulling extra hours to fill in the gap.

Since she was a baby, MK has always been able to sleep in the car. Today was no different...here she is in my in-law's car on her way to see us.






















T. Willy, however, almost never sleeps in the car. He played his iPod Touch and talked and sang. We went through a tunnel in Mobile, Alabama, and at first he wasn't sure he liked the idea, but he loved it on the way home. He also loved the ice cream cone that he had when we stopped at Dairy Queen on the way home. He was reading the menu and said that he wanted a "dipp-ed cone."
